We meet on most Thursday evenings, with meetings starting promptly at 7:00 pm so we can make the most of our time together.
We use a small number of regular venues, and once you’ve contacted us and come along to a session, you’ll be invited to join our WhatsApp group, where you can see and book onto future meetings at our different locations.

Q: What happens at the meetings?
A: You will be offered the chance to speak during our meeting with a ‘warm-up’ and also our impromptu topics, where we’ll give you chance to speak for up-to 3 minutes with zero preparation time GULP! Members can practice an upcoming presentation or speech.
Q: What are the people like?
A: Due to us all starting from a similar place, you’ll find the atmosphere and people are as supportive as can be. This is something we pride ourselves on. But it goes without saying, you will never be mocked or ridiculed, even if you mess up your lines!
Q: Do I HAVE to speak?
A. No, you can just observe if you prefer. Just say ‘pass’ and no judgment is made, we just keep moving to the next person. You can build up confidence at your own pace.

Q: What are we supposed to talk about?
A: You can speak about anything you like, with the exception of sex, politics or religion. We do not accept foul language or discrimination. On the other hand, it’s not really about ‘what’ you say - we’ll be helping you to improve ‘how’ you do it.
